Who we are

Engineering judgment, earned in the field.

Pascal Design Group is a woman-owned utility design firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, serving electric and gas utilities across the Western United States.

Founded by Jamie & Derek Riccitelli, Pascal Design Group pairs hands-on field experience with disciplined engineering — the kind of judgment that only comes from time on the line.

Our leadership team brings more than five decades of combined experience across electric and gas utility design and field services. From our Phoenix headquarters, we partner with utilities, cooperatives, and EPCs throughout the West — and put that experience behind every package we stamp.

The approach

A disciplined path to issued-for-construction.

Every package moves through the same accountable workflow — so you always know what's coming and when.

01

Scope & field data

Kickoff, constraints, and field collection to ground the design in reality.

02

Engineering & modeling

Calculations, PLS-CADD / ArcFM modeling, and code checks against NESC & B31.8.

03

Permitting & coordination

Joint-use, ROW, and agency coordination handled in parallel.

04

Issued for construction

Sealed, construction-ready packages with full BOM and staking.

05

As-builts & GIS

Reconciled redlines flow back into your network of record.

Why Pascal

Engineering you can put your seal behind.

We're built around the realities of utility programs — compliance, schedule pressure, and the need for clean data downstream.

01

Licensed & accountable

Deliverables are reviewed and stamped by licensed professional engineers — every package, every time.

02

Code-first by default

NESC, NEC, and ASME B31.8 compliance is baked into our process, not bolted on at review.

03

Scalable capacity

Flex up for capital seasons and storm response without the cost of permanent headcount.

04

Clean data downstream

GIS-integrated workflows mean as-builts reconcile cleanly into your network of record.
